Ky-Mani

Ky-ManiKy-mani , who is getting close to finishing his third album untitled, certainly is a superstar. Ky-mani is the son of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis champion) and Anita Belnavis (the Jamaican table tennis champion). The singer was born on 26 February, 1976 in Falmouth. East African words for Ky-mani mean adventurous traveler. As an East African man, his recordings and journeys represent an adventure. The Journey, his musical journey started in 1999. A multi-faceted vision, Ky-mani found his voice and travelled the spectrum of music and exploring his diverse talents. As of 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) was a "traditional" reggae record was released , revealing a mature Ky-mani. The Journey and Many More Roads were well loved by the public worldwide, and established Ky-Mani's place as an independent "artist". Ky-Mani's style is a mix of roots reggae overlaid and hip-hop R&B as well as contemporary jazz.
